It is designed to accommodate 10% – 15% movement within the installed joint width. Its characteristics allow it to cure even at very low temperature in rapid time so minimising valuable downtime. CoGri Rapid Seal 75 can be used to fill interior cracks, and both damaged and new floor construction joint details on horizontal floor surfaces. It has been designed for industrial flooring environments receiving heavy duty vehicle traffic and its flexibility allows it to accommodate small slab movement yet retain enough strength to protect vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading. CoGri Rapid Seal 75 can also be used in exterior applications where minor movement of joints or cracks from thermal cycling will occur. CoGri Rapid Seal 75 has the advantage of rapid curing rates and can be opened to heavy duty traffic after a minimum of one hour. It is capable of curing within the temperature range of -25°C to 90°C .
